Literature funding in the ACT

Below is a visualisation of a dataset I have developed looking at arts funding in the ACT, specifically funding for literature as an art form.

You can play with the dataset yourself via this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1S4-Bo4UiLw5W2hrZ67mrW-EeAxIAIhMibQZ6cqmNRGM/edit?usp=sharing

If this issue is important to you, I encourage you to find out more through MARION, the ACT region's arts organisation dedicated to supporting the development of writers.

As Chair of MARION, I sent this update out to our community which you can read here:

MARION

Dear MARION members and community, Firstly, thank you to everyone who has already written a letter about our core funding situation so far. Adding your voice to this campaign is vital, and we are grateful for the time and energy you have each contributed. You have already heard from our wonderful

MARIONMARION

At the bottom of this post, you will find a letter writing guide to the relevant ACT ministers.

If you are an ACT resident, you can also sign our Parliamentary Petition to restore and strengthen core funding for literature.
